Thursday Reminder

Sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do in life is to stop.

Reset means to allow yourself permission to start again, without guilt, without pressure.
It only takes one breath to do this.
Relaxation is not the same as laziness; it’s rejuvenation.

When the body releases, the mind releases.
Shoulders drop, thoughts slow down, and you remember that you don’t have to do everything all at once.

Release what you cannot control, what weighs you down, what tension you may have been holding onto without even knowing it.

What’s meant to stay will stay.
The rest will pass through.
And then, simply be.
Sit in the stillness you have created.
This is the reset moment, the release moment, the moment of stillness.
You don’t have to do anything.
You are enough.
