Sunday Evening Stillness

As Sunday evening begins, there’s a peaceful invitation to slow down.
So much in the world feels familiar, yet there’s still so much that remains a mystery. The world continues to spin with news headlines, unrest everywhere, changes, and speculations about what will or won’t happen next. It’s easy to get caught up in it all. Tonight, though, try to slow down.
Breathe in slowly.
And again.
And again.

Set your intentions for the week to come, not in fear, but in faith. Focus on the things that light you up, things that get you moving each day. Stay informed, but don’t let information fill your life with chaos. Being informed is powerful; chaos is not.
Love yourself a little more tonight.
Check in with your heart.
Check in with the people in your life that value you and shows it.
Center yourself in gratitude for the things that feel solid and true. As you get ready to face the week ahead, remember that it’s not about having all the answers. It’s about showing up, breathing deep, and moving forward.
Let tonight be gentle.
